Boy it has been a HOT summer on the Crystal Coast! I, for one, am ready for cooler weather, football, and the NCCCSPA Fall Conference in Asheville, NC.
Welcome back to the fall semester! I trust that you all had a good summer; although I know, it was probably way too short! We are looking forward to the fall 2016 NCCCSPA Conference this year in Asheville, NC. It is going to be a packed few days with great sessions, networking, and enjoying the beautiful city of Asheville! Make your plans now, register early, and most importantly share the word!
The NCCCSPA executive council has set a goal of 60 conference attendees. Together, I think we can reach this goal. Please check out the NCCCSPA website and the Facebook page for registration, hotel, and program information.
On a personal note, I want to take this time to share that this will be my last conference as President of the NCCCSPA. It has been my privilege to serve two full terms and one as interim. As the founding president of the association in 1998, I have been so encouraged to see the growth of this association. With the addition of new board members, we continue to add new areas of expertise to our association, especially in technology and innovation. I believe the BEST IS YET TO COME!
Come join us in Asheville for NCCCSPA 2016! You won’t regret it!
See you soon!
